Stična Mansion

Stična Mansion ( _sl. Stiški dvorec) is a mansion house located at no. 34 Stari trg in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.

It is located in the city's Old Square, opposite the Hercules Fountain. It was built between 1628 and 1630, with the purpose to accommodate to the abbots of the Cistercian monastery in the village of Stična [ [http://www.ljubljana.si/en/sights/squares/stari_gornji/default.html www.ljubljana.si] ] .

Since its building, the building has undergone several alterations, notably the façade was built in the earlier 18th century.
