Robert Mark Gaspar (born February 07 1981) is an Australian football (soccer) player for Persiba Balikpapan.

An attacking midfielder, Gaspar is a former player of Malaysian side Sabah FA where he played for 2 seasons and in this time he reached the Malaysian cup final. Robert also spent 2 years with the youth team of HNK Hajduk Split but failed to make a first team appearance for the Croatian giants.
