George Davidson (athlete)

George Davidson (October 8, 1898 – September 25, 1948) was a New Zealand track and field athlete who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics, as one of the few "kiwi" sprinters.

In 1920 he finished fifth in the 200 metres competition. He also participated in the 100 metres event where he was eliminated in the quarter-finals. He was born and died in Auckland.
