Traumeel S

Trameel S is a homeopathic preparation that is a mixture of medicinal plants, including St John's wort and Echinacea. It is thought to have anti-inflammatory properties, and is used as a mouth wash for ulcers and for pain relief in arthritis, sprains and other musculoskeletal injuries. However the mechanism of action has not been discovered, and studies are still ongoing.
