Holy Trinity Gateshead church was officially opened on 14th January 2008 by the Rev David Holloway, Chairman of the Jesmond Trust and Vicar of Jesmond.

The church is sponsored by the Jesmond Trust. Following an invitation by a local Gateshead church they erected a new building and started a congregation.

The building is located in St James' Village opposite Gateshead Stadium and there are two services on a Sunday (10.30 for 10.45am and 6.30pm).
