Kemal Kirişci is
professor at the Department ofPolitical Science andInternational Relations atBoğaziçi University ,Istanbul . He holds a Jean Monnet Chair in European Integration and is also the director of the Center for European Studies at the University. He has previously taught at universities inGreat Britain ,Switzerland , and theUnited States . Kirişci received hisPh.D. at City University inLondon in 1986.
