Kazimierz Porębski (b. November 15, 1872 in Vilna - January 21, 1933 in Warsaw, Poland) was a Polish vice-admiral.

Porebski's military career started in the Russian Navy, where he served in the position of a rear-admiral. After Poland regained its independence, he became the first commander-in-chief of the Polish Navy.

In 1918 he founded the "Bandera Polska" (Polish jack) association. In 1920 he initiated the opening of the Navy School in Tczew and the purchasing of the training sailing-ship "Lwów". He was also the first one who proposed and presented projects of expansion of the Polish fleet and the military harbor in Gdynia.

He died on January 21, 1933 in Warsaw and was buried in the Powązki Cemetery.
