The College provides Christian standards in a contemporary learning atmosphere devoted to the pursuit of excellence.The College, situated on 80 acres of bushland, houses buildings for all facilities from Science to Sporting, including an Auditorium for Creative and Performing Arts events.

Wollondilly Anglican College is divided into four main sections which include:
* Infants School (Transition - Year 2)
* Junior School (Year 3 - Year 6)
* Middle School (Year 7 - Year 10)
* Senior School (Year 11 and Year 12)Houses
College students are divided into 5 different house groups on enrolment. The house groups are all named after native Australian plants. These groups are used primarily for competing in sporting events. The house groups are as follows:
* Sollya (Blue)
* Telopea (Red)
* Grevillea (Maroon)
* Wollemi (Green)
