Jane McAdam Freud (born 24 February 1958 in London) is an artist working in 2D (prints and drawing), 3D (sculpture and medals) and 4D (film). Her works are represented in many national collections including the British Museum and National Gallery, London, the Ashmolean Museum and Fitzwilliam Museum. International collections include The Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, USA, The National Gallery (Athens), Greece, and The Berlin State Museums.

The great-granddaughter of Sigmund Freud and the daughter of Lucian Freud, McAdam Freud began her career with a solo show whilst an A Level Student [ [http://www.asha-foundation.org/women/women/jane_mcadam_freud.php Jane McAdam Freud, Inspirational Women] ] .

She was educated at Wimbledon College of Art, Central St Martins School of Art and Design and the Royal College of Art. She won the British Art Medal Scholarship in Rome in 1986. McAdam Freud is a Fellow of the Royal British Society of Sculptors and a Founding Fellow of the Munton Medallion [ [http://themuntonmedallion.lincoln.ac.uk/ The Munton Medallion] ] . In 1991 she was awarded the Italian State Mint prize and granted Freedom of the City of London. McAdam Freud is an Associate Lecturer at Central St Martins School of Art and the Sculpture School at Morley College where she teaches short courses.
