Len Kasper (born
January 21 ,1971 inMt. Pleasant, Michigan ) is aplay-by-play announcer for theChicago Cubs (2005-present), teaming withBob Brenly onWGN-TV ,WCIU-TV , andComcast SportsNet . His previous stints were with theFlorida Marlins (2002-2004) andMilwaukee Brewers (1999-2001). Before then, he worked forWTMJ-AM (620) in Milwaukee as the host of the station's daily sports show, hosted pregame and halftime shows for theGreen Bay Packers , and was a co-host on ahot stove league show on the Brewers' radio network. He was actually the Cubs' third choice for an announcer behindDave O'Brien andMatt Vasgersian .Trivia
