The 1898 South Carolina United States House of Representatives elections were held on November 8, 1898 to select seven Representatives for two-year terms from the state of South Carolina. Seven Democratic incumbents were re-elected and the open seat was retained by the Democrats. The composition of the state delegation after the election was solely Democratic.

1st Congressional District

Incumbent Democratic Congressman William Elliott of the 1st congressional district, in office since 1897, defeated Republican challenger George W. Murray.
