Pathiripala is a small town in Palakkad district, Kerala, India, between Ottappalam and Palakkad on the Palakkad - Ponnani state highway.It is by far the largest town between Ottappalam and Palakkad.

Lekkidi-perur ,Mankara and Mannur Gram Panchayats together constitute the town.

Nearest major railway stations are Ottappalam(11), Palakkad(22).

It is famous for its recently-revived weekly vegetable market.Pathiripal is place which connects to kongad.Pathiripal higher secondary school is situated near junction itself.Pookkattukunnu, Nagripuram,Perur etc...are near by villages.
