Bedsole played
college football for theUniversity of Southern California . He helped lead theUSC Trojans to a national championship in 1962. Bedsole was a Two-time First Team AllPac-10 Conference selection and the first Trojan to have 200 receiving yards in a single game. He is in the USC Athletics Hall of fame and a 2008 candidate for theCollege Football Hall of Fame . He transferred from theSan Fernando Valley Junior College,Pierce College .
