"Shady Lady" was the Ukrainian entry for the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest [cite web |title=Clip of performance of "Shady Lady" at the pre-selection |url=http://tabloid.pravda.com.ua/focus/47c2d697d2a78/] [cite web |url=http://www.esctoday.com/news/read/10631|title=Ani Lorak to sing Shady lady in Eurovision |publisher=ESCToday.com |date=2008-02-23 |accessdate=2008-02-23] . It was sung by Ani Lorak and competed against 18 other countries in the second semi-final on 22 May 2008 and won a place in the final, where she got 2nd place with 230 points, despite receiving only one 12-point vote from Portugal. It was composed by Philipp Kirkorov [cite news |url=http://www.unian.net/eng/news/news-237988.html |work=UNIAN |title=Ani Lorak to sing song of Kirkorov in Eurovision |date=2008-02-25] . A Russian language version of the song exists, titled "С неба в небо" translated as "From sky to sky".
