Current_members =The Boothill Foot Tappers were a British folk/skiffle/blue grass band that was formed in the early 1980s and associated with the folk music revival in the UK.Featured in Ben Elton presented London Weekend Show in 1984, as the head of a pack featuring The Pogues and The Shillelagh Sisters, of a new emerging British roots movement based in London, that had risen in part as a response to the absurdities of the new romantic and electronica movement of the late 70s and early 80s, that were dominating the British charts at that time.
