FC Knyazha Shchaslyve is a Ukrainian football team based in the village of Shchaslyve, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine. It was founded in 2005. Knyazha won the Druha Liha Group A championship in the 2007/08 season and were promoted to Persha Liha. After the promotion of Knyazha to the Ukrainian First League, the club entered Knyazha-2 Shchaslyve in the Ukrainian Second League which is to train up young players for the main team.
