Prince Muhammed Bin Rashid is a fictional character in the Vince Flynn novel Consent to Kill

Character biographyPrince Rashid is the de facto main antaganist in Consent to Kill. He is a ruthless killer and terrorist financner. Rashid was the head of the Saudi Ministry of Interior. After the September 11 attacks CIA Director Irene Kennedy had him removed from office because she suspected he financed the attacks. He was demoted to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs. Saeed Ahmed Abdullah asked Rashid to help him kill Mitch Rapp. Rashid put Saeed in contact with ex-Stasi agent Erich Abel. He later pays Abel more money to kill the assassins when he is finished with Rapp. Abel's attempt to kill Rapp fails. Rashid is trouble by this because he doesn't want to be implicated in the attack. He orders his personal assassin Nawaf Tayyib to kill Rapp. Tayyib hires Hispanic gang boss Anibal Castillo to attack Rapp's location given to Rashid by Mark Ross. The attack fails again. Rapp kills Saeed and captures Tayyib and Abel. He tortures Abel and he reveals that Rashid was partially behind the attack that killed Rapp's wife. Rashid's mosque in Spain is attacked by Mitch Rapp, Scott Coleman, Kevin Hacket, Dan Stroble, and Charlie Wicker. They bribe the mercenaries who are guarding the mosque to let them in. Rapp covers Tayyib's entire body in explosives and detonates it killing Tayyib and the rest of Rashids bodyguards. Rashid comes into the prayer room to see what the explosion was. Rapp then severely beats Rashid before taking a thermal grenade and forcing it into Rashids mouth he then pulls the pin and Rashids head literally melts, killing him.
