The Case of the Raging Rottweiler is the 36th book in the
Hank the Cowdog book series for children.Plot
Starts off with the usual start, 'It's me again Hank the Cowdog.' Starts Hank and Drover at Slim's house on the north-side of the ranch. A truck comes by and in the back off the truck is the
Rottweiler named Bruiser. Hank, Drover, and Bruiser really don't get along and then Bruiser goes chasing after adeer fawn , Hank stops him from killing the fawn right away. Bruiser's owner then chases him off. Once Bruiser has left, Hank and Drover are left outside and watch as Slim clips his toenails. Later that night Hank and Drover are let in and the all have to go huntingmice . The next night Hank and Drover are attacked by Bruiser who has escaped from his owner. The next day Hank and Drover are in the back in Slim'struck when they see Bruiser in the back of a truck. Once in town, Hank starts hitting on agolden retriever , later on Hank and Drover are in a car-part shops when Bruiser attacks Hank, but then a largeSiamese cat jumps on Bruiser, and Hank recalls to when he first met Bruiser, his owner said he was afraid of cats, the cat drives Bruiser away.Characters
