Chris Philp was the Chairman of the
Bow Group in 2004-5, a British centre-rightthink tank .Philp was educated at
St Olave's Grammar School andOxford University , where he studied physics and was editor of "Cherwell".After university Philp worked at
McKinsey & Company . He then left to startBlueheath , a distribution company. In2003 he was voted byErnst and Young and "The Times " as their emerging entrepreneur of the year.Philp has co-edited a book on inner city policy, "Go Zones" (2004) and "Conservative Revival" (2006) proposing a new direction for the Conservative Party, described as
