Yasmine von Hohenstaufen Anjou Plantagenet claims to be a descendant of 13th century Holy Roman Emperor Frederick II. She also claims to be the legitimate ruler of the Principality of Seborga. In 2006 she allegedly wrote to the president of Italy offering to "return" the principality to the Italian Republic.
