- Ruth Sergel
Ruth Sergel is an American director, writer, activist, and interactive technology designer in New York City. Ruth's award winning films have screened at New York City's MOMA, Tribeca Film Festival, and aired on PBS and the Interdependent Film Channel (IFC). Ruth is creator of the "Voices of 911" project, a video oral history archive that collected over 550 testimonies' in New York City, Shankville PA, Washington DC and the Pentagon. In 2004 Ruth created "Chalk," An annual commemoration of the 1911 Triangle Fire Factory Fire in New York City.
