Fredianelli was signed to Shrapnel records when he was seventeen years old and found acclaim as a virtuoso guitarist in the mid-late eighties as the main force behind the speed metal band Apocrypha, which released three albums. Fredianelli released a solo guitar instrumental album called Breakneck Speed. Afterwards, Fredianelli was a prominent figure in the Las Vegas local music scene, heading bands like Sugarhouse, Mindfield, and Magic Alex.Fredianelli has four siblings, Tiffany, Chris, Ronald Jr., and Missy . His son also plays the guitar 'left handed' and has played shows with him.
