The 2005 BNP Paribas Paris Masters was the 2005 edition of the Paris Masters, held between 31 Oct and 6 Nov, 2005. The singles event was won by the young Czech player, Tomáš Berdych, while Bob and Mike Bryan were victorious in the men's doubles tournament.

With both Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, the top two players in the world missing from the final Masters Series event of the year, Berdych was able to seize his chance, as he marched towards the title. It was the only Masters Series event of 2005 that was not won by either Nadal or Federer, but with the two of them injured, Berdych produced exciting tennis to win the title. He was the only man to have beaten both Federer and Nadal over the previous two years, thus showing his potential. He defeated Ivan Ljubičić in the final, having beaten players of the calibre of Gastón Gaudio, Juan Carlos Ferrero and Guillermo Coria en route to the final.
