Adrian Street is a popular professional wrestler from Wales who was well known for his humorous and flamboyant wrestling persona, brought to prominence in the 70's and 80's. His wrestling costume generally involved pastels and glitter face make up and clipping his bleached hair into mini-pigtails.

His signature persona moves in the ring relating to this were to kiss opponents to escape being pinned down and to put make up on his opponents when they were disabled. His manager and wife, Miss Linda, was a bodybuilder herself, and would frequently participate as an accomplice to Adrian's in-ring shinanigans.

Adrian and Miss Linda currently sells pro wrestling gear and other sundries via their website. With his flamboyant personality and flowing locks of hair, he became a legendary heel and traveled all over the world during his lengthy career and still continues to professionally wrestle periodically to date.

Career

Rico Constantino adopted Adrian's gimmick during his tenure in WWE as "Rico". His valet, Miss Jackie, adopted the Miss Linda role. Rico received direct training from Adrian on how best to get the gimmick over with the audience. He created some of Rico and Miss Jackie's ring gear.

After working with Dusty Rhodes, Dusty's son Dustin began using a variation of Adrian's facepaint design for his Goldust character.

He also created the ring gear worn by Mick Foley as Dude Love during his feud with Stone Cold Steve Austin. Foley attended Street's "Skull Krushers" school for a time to brush up on his skills.Fact|date=August 2007 The "Skull Krushers" wrestling school was temporarily closed due to damages suffered to the ring and apartments by Hurricane Ivan. After much thought Adrian decided it was best to concentrate on his wrestling gear business, and closed the wrestling school for good through damage caused by Hurricane Ivan.

Merchandise

In addition to his services making wrestling costumes and training wrestlers, Adrian recorded two albums which include his single "Imagine what I could do to you" which he used as his theme song when entering the ring. He also wrote his autobiography printed on all pink paper.

Adrian contracted lung cancer, allegedly due to his proximity to large amounts of second hand smoke. He put his career on hold to receive chemotherapy treatment, which caused the loss of his legendary hair. Recently, he has resumed wrestling.
