In addition to sporting events, concerts, circuses and ice shows the arena is also used for trade shows with a total of convert|39900|sqft|m2|-1 of exhibit space (convert|17900|sqft|m2|-1 on the arena floor and convert|22000|sqft|m2|-2 on the arena concourse).It was formerly the home of the
Missouri River Otters ice hockey team , the St. Louis Swarmbasketball team, and theSt. Louis Steamers indoor soccer team. Currently, it is home to theIndoor Football League 'sRiverCity Rage , and several youth hockey organizations (such as Twin Bridges and St. Peters clubs and the Missouri Storm Junior B team) have expressed interest in playing games at the arena, as have several high school programs. Pro Wrestling events. The arena was the site of theExtreme Championship Wrestling 's Wrestlepalooza 2000 event (full event available only through FanCam video) on April 16, 2000. Portions of the event aired via "ECW on TNN " onThe Nashville Network cable television on April 21, 2000.
