Wagait Beach is a locality west of Darwin. Its Local Government Area is the Wagait Shire Council.

Wagait Beach is on the Cox Peninsula, just west of Darwin. Wagait Beach is named after the Wagait Tower, which was constructed during World War II, and overlooked the beach. The tower was destroyed by Cyclone Tracy in 1974.

Wagait Beach can be accessed by a 15 minute ferry trip, from Darwin, or a 138km Drive on the Cox Peninsula Rd
