Ladma

Ladma is a three-man sketch group consisting of Pete Allen, Chris Marshall and Dan Smith. Their style has been likened to Chris Morris and The League of Gentlemen.

Ladma have produced a number of short films and performed live gigs across the UK. In 2006 they won the Jury Prize at Brighton Film Festival for their debut film Sebastien Foucault. They have also won Cotswold Film Festival’s Comedy Award [ [http://www.cotswoldfilmvideofest.co.uk/festival2007/2007_specialwinners.html Cotswold International Film & Video Festival 2007 - Special Award Winners ] ] and were Runner-Up in Stamford Film Festival’s Best Emerging Talent category [http://www.stamfordartscentre.com/images/Short%20Film%20Festival%20Information.pdf] . Ladma are currently producing a television series for Current TV. In 2008 they took their stage show 'Ladma vs. The World' to the Brighton Fringe Festival and Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
