Masayuki Kato was the president and founder of the Nihon Falcom Corporation that has made video games for various Japanese PC systems (such as the NEC PC-88) and consoles (such as the Nintendo Famicom). The company's key franchises include the Dragon Slayer series, The Legend of Heroes series, and the Ys series.^[1]
