Coaching career
Highlanders
Glenn Moore makes his debut as Highlanders coach for the 2008 after former highlanders coach Greg Cooper joined the Blues. Moore has worked with the Highlanders before, being the defence coach for 2006-07.
Otago
Moore was the Otago assistant coach for 2006-07, helping Steve Martin out.
NZ Divisional XV
Glenn Moore was picked to be the NZ Divisional XV coach in 2003 after a strong season with North Otago, he stayed the NZ Divisional XV coach until 2005.
North Otago
Moore joined the North Otago for the 2000 season and by the end of the year had already made a big impact. 2002 was the big year for Moore when he coached N.O. to the final of the NPC 3rd Division final which the side one and were promoted to the 2nd division. Moore was responsible for the rapid development of the North Otago provincial team, taking them from the third division into the second where they were semifinalists in his last two years.
Zingari-Richmond
Moore also coached the Zingari-Richmond club side in Dunedin.
