Radar.net

Radar.net is a website that allows users to share pictures and videos. Only those people chosen by the user can then view the uploaded content. It is targeted at people who use mobile phones with cameras to take pictures.

Radar.net is similar to other websites such as Flickr. Uploading can be done either using a PC, or by sending the picture or video from a camera phone to a personalized email address.
