Cain Ginyilitshe Ndabazekhaya Mathema is a Zimbabwean politician who is the Governor and Resident Minister of Bulawayo.

In late February 2008, he was present at rally supporting ZANU-PF candidate Sikhanyiso Ndlovu's bid for the Pelandava-Mpopoma constituency seat.
