Vangjush Dako is the current mayor of the city of Durrës, Albania. [ [http://www.durres.gov.al/content/view/24/2/lang,en/ Municipality of Durrës Official Website] ] He was elected to the post following the February 2007 local elections. [ [http://albania.dyndns.org/Presse/2007/20022007.htm Local Election Results] ] He is a member of the Socialist Party of Albania.
