Sagat (rapper)

Sagat is a rapper from Baltimore, Maryland who had a minor hit song in 1994, "Why Is It? (Funk Dat)". It was run frequently on MTV and its video was featured on "Beavis & Butthead". He works as a producer under the alias "Chico Jump Slamm".
