Heather Kozar (born May 4, 1976, in Akron, Ohio) is an American model.

Kozar was "Playboy's" Playmate of the Month for January 1998, appeared on the cover of the June 1999 issue of the magazine, and was voted Playmate of the Year for 1999. She was also the St Pauli Girl for 2002.

She has also been a Barker's Beauty model for the popular daytime TV game show, "The Price Is Right".

She is married to former Cleveland Browns quarterback and number one overall pick Tim Couch. Heather and Tim have a son together, named Chase Scott Couch.
