Ramon Paolo V. Bugia (born January 19, 1981 in Manila, Philippines) is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association who playes for the Purefoods Tender Juicy Giants. He was drafted 17th overall by the Red Bull Barako in the 2005 PBA Draft.
