Dż (digraph)

Dż (digraph)

is a digraph of the Latin alphabet, used in Polish.

represents a voiced retroflex affricate (IPA: d͡ʐ ). It usually corresponds to dž in other Slavic languages.

It should not be confused with which is a voiced alveolo-palatal affricate (IPA: d͡ʑ ).
