The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cardiff, Latin: "Archidioecesis Cardiffensis" or in Welsh: "Archesgobaeth Caerdydd" is an archdiocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in Wales. The archdiocese is the metropolitan of the Diocese of Menevia and the Diocese of Wrexham.

The Episcopal seat is located in Cardiff. The diocese was first established as the apostolic vicariate of Wales in 1840, and elevated to the parent diocese of Newport and Menevia in 1850 by Pope Pius IX . In 1895, the diocese was renamed the diocese of Newport. Finally in 1916, the diocese became the archdiocese of Cardiff.

The ecclesiastical terrority of the diocese comprises the local government areas of Cardiff, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan, Newport, Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Altogether there are 22 parishes. The current Archbishop is Peter Smith, who was appointed in 2001.
