Application
The first step is filling out the application form which is in three parts: Map "-where are you coming from and where are you heading?", DNA "-who are you and what are your interests?" and Creative Design -"how imaginative are you?".The most interesting applications are then selected and the so called "test-pilots" are invited to a two day long Admission Workshop.
Admission Workshop
The Admission Workshop is a two day long workshop that takes place in or near the school. Test-Pilots are divided into groups of 10 and get all sorts of tasks to work on. Current students facilitate the process and examine the Test-Pilots. After the Admission Workshop the current students evaluate the last two days and the performance of the Test-Pilots. They then put together a team of students, based on variety of qualifications.
