Matt Bettinelli-Olpin is an American actor, writer and musician.

He is the original guitar player and co-songwriter for influential punk band Link 80 and a member of the comedy group, Chad, Matt & Rob. As a music journalists, he has interviewed bands such as Blur, Violent Femmes, Sondre Lerche, the Breeders, Phantom Planet, Pennywise, Thrice, the Mars Volta and the Psychedelic Furs.

He also appeared in early videos on The Lonely Island website and co-directed Alkaline Trio's first video, "Goodbye Forever."
