Information Control Corporation, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, United States, is the largest Ohio owned IT consulting company with $40 million in revenue and more than 375 employees in 2007. The company was founded in 1979 as DEC VAX VAR, a software reseller. In the mid 1980s, the current CEO Steven Glaser joined the company as an investor. In 1990, John Kratz, the current President, joined the company and later the company then shifted it's focus to IT Services.

Currently, the company specializes in Project Services, centered around Software Development, Business Intelligence, and Technology Infrastructure.
