Baba Safari

Baba Safari was born in 1299Dubious|date=March 2008 in Ardabil, in what is modern day Iran.

He attended primary school and the first half of high school in his hometown. He completed the second half of high school in Tabriz. His degree was in law (from law department) and also in philosophy and psychology and educational sciences (from high college of Tehran) and he completed his complementary course of studies with M.A degree in administrative sciences at the branch of California University in Tehran. In addition to above-mentioned academic studies, he received the official licences of higher management and principals of administration (according to the recent article 4 of AmericaClarifyme|date=March 2008).

He was also appointed as the representative of Iran government in educational and administrative researches in Italy and received the scientific medal. State services of Mr Safari began in 1318 as a teacher in poorandokht high school of Ardabil and his next posts were, deputy of the culture organization of Ardabil, president of high school in Tehran and the head of the culture ministry memorizations, respectively.

In his last 17 years of his state services he was appointed as the deputy and high council of haj and pilgrimage organization.

He was chosen as mayor of Ardabil during dr. Mosaddegh's national government who founded the active municipality.His official service as a mayor didn't last more than 9 months due to the coup d'état of 19 August 1953 and over throwing of Mosaddegh government through coalition of United States & United Kingdom.

Baba Safari retired by his own request in May 1978 and passed away at the dawn of 14 July 2003 in a hospital in Stockholm (Sweden) due to cardio-renal failure. His body has been moved to his home-town of Ardabil where he immaculately loved it and buried there.
