India n lawyer to have won a judgment in favour of his client that an arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is amenable tojurisdiction under Article 227 of theConstitution of India and that orders of the arbitrator may be challenged under Article 227, which remained the law of the land for 5 years before being impliedly overruled by theSupreme Court of India in 2005.Co-curricular
