Bellou-en-Houlme is a village and commune in the Orne "département" of northwestern France.

Jules-Félix Gévelot, born June 6, 1826 in Paris, died on August 17, 1904 at Bellou-Houlme. He was an industrial and french politician, a manufacturer of cartridges.
