Ashley Cheadle (born December 7, 1987) is an Australian surfer, model and actress who rose to prominence in the early 2000s through her surfing and modeling activities. Biography

Cheadle was born in Culburra Beach, New South Wales. Cheadle is of English, Irish and Australian Aboriginal descent.

Her older brother, Luke Cheadle, is a professional surfer. Her father was also once a competitive surfer, and Cheadle's family once owned a surf shop. Even when she realized her professional aspirations would not involve continued competitive surfing, she described the sport as being "in my blood." Career

Cheadle's professional surfing has been sponsored by surf-wear giant Billabong, which has promoted her as a member of the company's "Billabong Girls" team.
