"The Fairly Oddparents!" is the pilot episode of The Fairly OddParents released in 1998.

Plot

10-year old Timmy Turner's parents go out to see a movie so they hire his babysitter Vicky to babysit. Vicky tortures Timmy by making him do the dishes, eating all the pizza and changing the channel to a girl's show. Timmy goes up to his room and asks his "magic 9 Ball" (an obvious parody of the Magic 8-Ball toy) when his parents will come home and then it reveals that his parents are watching "Titanic: Director's Cut", so Timmy yells "Man, that's dumb!". Then he throws the ball at the wall and out comes Cosmo and Wanda as they introduce themselves. Timmy tries to call the cops but Cosmo tells him about Da Rules and says if they are exposed they will have to go away forever. They also say they grant wishes. Then Vicky comes up as Cosmo and Wanda turn to goldfish. She says "Fish are riddled with germs. Maybe I should FLUSH 'EM!" Timmy yells to stop, then Vicky goes back downstairs. Cosmo and Wanda turn back and Timmy replies "You grant wishes hey?". They then reply, "Yep! Sure do!". So Timmy wishes for gelatin which changes Vicky's bath water to gelatin. Then Timmy wishes for a giant cherry which falls on Vicky as she walks out of the tub. Then Timmy wishes for a giant chocolate shake but Cosmo poofs Vicky into a chocolate snake! Wanda tells him "He said "chocolate shake" not a "chocolate snake"!". Cosmo says "I gotta get this thing fixed.". Timmy runs from Vicky the chocolate snake. Timmy wishes she was a fly and they poof him a fly swatter, then Vicky flies away. Timmy wishes for frostbite which caused Cosmo & Wanda to turn into polar bears and roar at Vicky. Then Cosmo asks, "Anything else?" Then Timmy gives them a wish list. So Wanda turn into a giant baby and falls on Vicky. Then Cosmo comes and jokes "That's the first time the baby sat on the sitter!" and throws a pie in her face. Vicky wakes up assuming that it was all a dream then Timmy comes and says he did the laundry. Then he asks his mom if Vicky can babysit all the time and she says yes.
