Bulldog 103.7 (WXKT-FM) is a radio station in
Athens, Georgia . Its city of license isRoyston, Georgia .WXKT-FM was WPUP-FM until August 6, 2008 when they swapped call letters. WPUP moved to the 100.1 position, and WXKT moved to 103.7.
WXKT was the call letters for a country music station in Washington, Georgia.
"Bulldog 103-7" used to be known as "Rock 103.7" for many years, before returning to the "Bulldog" name it had in the mid to late 1990s. Since the transmitter is located in Royston, it makes hearing the station south of Athens marginal. Plans are in the works to move the transmitter to Hall County. On August 1, 2008, WXKT (along with 5 other stations) are now owned by

WPUP -FM inWatkinsville, Georgia . The "Bulldog" format will go to 100.1 in several weeks, and a new format will appear on 103.7Bulldog 103.7/100.1 is currently the home of The University of Georgia Men's Basketball.
