Mamba (born August 19, 1958) is a Filipino politician. A member of the Liberal Party, he has been elected to three terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the Third District of Cagayan. First elected in 1995, he was re-elected in 2001, 2004 and 2007.
A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, Mamba is a physician by profession.
