"Liarea turriculata partula" is a subspecies of small land snail, a terrestrial gastropod mollusc in the family Liareidae.

Distribution

This subspecies is endemic to New Zealand, found in Northland in the North Island, near Warkworth.

hell description

The shell spire is about 1.5 to 1.33 times the height of the aperture. The peristome is surrounded by a very wide flange.

Shell coloration is pale brown with a dark reddish-brown spiral band at the top of the base, polished, a few distant weak membranous axials, but no hydrophanous pattern.

Shell height is up to 8.2 mm, and width up to 4.7 mm.
