The shell spire is about 1.5 to 1.33 times the height of the aperture. The peristome is surrounded by a very wide flange.
Shell coloration is pale brown with a dark reddish-brown spiral band at the top of the base, polished, a few distant weak membranous axials, but no hydrophanous pattern.
Shell height is up to 8.2 mm, and width up to 4.7 mm.
