Perm Airlines (Russian: Пермские авиалинии) is an airline based in Perm, Russia. It operates domestic and international scheduled and charter services within Russia and the CIS. Its main base is Bolshoye Savino Airport, Perm.cite news | title= Directory: World Airlines | work= Flight International | page= 63 | date= 2007-04-10]

History

The airline was established and started operations in 1968. It was formed from the Aeroflot Perm Division (Ural RCAD). Perm Airlines plans to acquire three to five regional aircraft to launch new domestic services, believing that developing a network of regional services, rather than longer-distance routes on which there is major competition, will help return the airline to profitability. Potential destinations include: Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Magnitogorsk and Ufa. [cite news | title= Perm Regional Operation | work=Airliner World | page= 13| date= August 2007]
