Ed O'Donoghue born 26 June 1982 in London, England to Irish parents, Ed is a rugby union player for the Queensland Reds in the Super 14 competition.

Ed O'Donoghue's position of choice is as a lock and he can also operate as a flanker.

He is set to join Ulster for the upcoming 2008-09 season. He will also be joined by Queensland Reds team mate Clinton Schifcofske, were they will have a 2 year contract with the club.
